Our client is a leading financial services organization and they are looking to add a Collections Coordinator to the Accounting Team. They are located in a beautiful office close to the high way, shopping, and restaurants.

B2B COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Making outbound calls and contacts to customers to collect on severely delinquent accounts. The Collections Coordinator will confer with customers in attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer. Notify credit department if customers fail to respond. Record information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts. Receive payment and post amount paid to customer account.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE B2B COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR
