This is an onsite contract opportunity with the potential to go perm. Candidates who are available to start immediately, have previous collections or corporate customer service experience, and open to contract work are encouraged to apply.

Bachelors Responsibilities Commercial Portfolio Management:

Proactively contact business debtors via telephone, email, and written correspondence to recover past-due commercial balances.

Dispute & Claim Resolution:

Identify root causes of non-payment, resolve billing or contractual discrepancies, and collaborate with client financial teams to facilitate swift resolution.

Account Tracking & Documentation:

Maintain precise, detailed notes of all collection activities, payment arrangements, and skip-tracing efforts within the agency's management system.

Client & Management Reporting:

Provide clear account status updates to account managers and clients regarding high-balance or complex accounts.

Escalation Support:

Identify accounts requiring legal action or formal demand letters and prepare documentation for supervisory review.
