Collections Specialist / Collections Agent Join the Wolverine Water Systems Team! Wolverine Water Systems is looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Collections Agent to join our growing team in East Lansing, Michigan . Responsibilities Contact customers regarding past-due accounts by phone, email, and text. Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships. Process payments and document all collection activity accurately. Work with customers to resolve billing concerns. Monitor aging reports and prioritize collection efforts. Communicate with internal departments regarding account status. Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and applicable regulations. Assist with other office duties as needed. Qualifications Previous collections, customer service, accounts receivable, or call center experience preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Professional, patient, and courteous demeanor. Excellent organizational and computer skills. Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of accounts. Experience with Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience is a plus. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Monday-Friday schedule.
