Join our Asset Location team in Grand Rapids, MI! We are a law firm dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex world of asset recovery. In this role, you will partner with our legal and collections teams to investigate consumer information databases and public sources, helping us locate consumers with delinquent accounts and secure vital financial recoveries Primary responsibilities are to: Gather, analyze, and evaluate information from various sources, such as court records, credit header data, and people location software. Perform in depth people searches for information to assist in the legal collections process. Make phone contact as needed to confirm data. Update verified data in system of record. Qualified applicants will possess the following skills: Understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) Familiarity with research and web search tools and techniques Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Experience in a customer service, call center, or administrative role Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug test are required.
