Loan Collector We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Collector to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the loan collections process, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with our members. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a solid understanding of financial processes, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor loan accounts to identify late or delinquent payments Contact members by phone and other communication channels to discuss overdue accounts in a professional and respectful manner Work collaboratively with members to establish and negotiate realistic repayment plans, in accordance with company policies Accurately document all communications and actions in the loan recovery system Provide prompt and courteous support to members, addressing questions and resolving payment-related issues Stay informed of current collection policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and documentation skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, particularly when handling sensitive situations Ability to assess account status and recognize patterns or issues that require escalation Previous experience in collections, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Join our team and play a vital role in helping our members find solutions that work. Your contribution will be valued and impactful! This full-time Collector position is located at 4740 S 48th Street, Omaha . Hours are M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm and every other Saturday 8:45am - 12:30pm
