Collector - Corporate (Las Vegas) Caesars Entertainment - 3.6 Las Vegas, NV Job Details Full-time 23 hours ago Qualifications Microsoft Outlook Phone communication English Windows High school diploma or GED Typing Debt collection negotiation Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description We are currently seeking candidates for a Collector position in our Enterprise Shared Service Collections team, located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Tracks and enters all contact with customers having balances Communicates with Marketing staff and all other levels of casino and company management regarding customer gaming balances Communicates via phone or other FDCPA approved means with appropriate persons the collection of gaming balances owed Makes high-level, logic-based decisions in regard to the collection of gaming balances that will best benefit the profitability of their respective casino in regard to both short and long term perspectives In the performance of daily duties, be able to: Utilize daily debtor scroll Create and update customer CMS accounts to include: Personal information Bank information Dispositions (Special Remarks) Alteration of deposit dates for active items to facilitate automatic deposit by the relevant casino cages Entry of returned items Entry of returned item payments Change of agency assignment status for individual returned items Change of returned items to write-off status Entry of payments on written-off items Other duties as deemed necessary by Department Manager and Director 5+ years experience in casino industry experience preferred. High School Diploma required, Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
