$16.00-$20.00/hr+ performance-based bonuses About the Position Beacon Recovery Group is seeking a confident, motivated Debt Collection Agent to join our team. In this role, you will communicate with consumers, negotiate realistic payment arrangements, and resolve assigned accounts professionally and compliantly. We are looking for someone who is persuasive, dependable, comfortable on the phone, and motivated by measurable goals. Previous collection experience is preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong backgrounds in sales, customer service, call centers, or account management. Responsibilities Make and receive calls regarding past-due accounts Help consumers understand their accounts and available resolution options Negotiate payments, settlements, and payment arrangements within company guidelines Accurately document all account activity Process payments and complete required authorization procedures Meet individual production and performance goals Follow all applicable federal, state, and company compliance requirements Maintain professionalism during challenging conversations Work closely with management and team members to improve results Qualifications Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills Comfortable handling a high volume of telephone calls Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based compensation Dependable attendance and punctuality Able to remain calm, professional, and persistent Basic computer and data-entry skills Ability to follow scripts, procedures, and compliance requirements Previous debt-collection experience is preferred but not required What We Offer Hourly pay plus performance-based bonus opportunities Monthly performance and compensation reviews, when applicable, giving strong performers regular opportunities for recognition and wage growth Weekly performance incentives, including our team wheel spin and prepaid Visa card prizes Paid training Consistent full-time schedule Supportive, hands-on management Opportunities for advancement Paid time off and company benefits for eligible employees A professional office environment with clear expectations and measurable goals Schedule Monday through Friday Full-time, in-person position Optional overtime or Saturday hours may be available based on business needs Successful Candidates Typically Have Experience in collections, sales, customer service, or call-center work The ability to take coaching and apply feedback Confidence asking for payment and overcoming objections Strong follow-through and attention to detail A competitive mindset and a desire to improve Beacon Recovery Group, LLC is an equal-opportunity employer.
