Job Description

In our Deposit Services Processor role, you'll learn skills that will benefit you throughout your Heartland career while encouraging you to dream big.
What you will be doing:
Performs daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and verification of selected reports Compiles research and tracking of member's requests and issues (record, track, research, and work with Deposit Services Supervisor or other designated departments) Coordinates with Retail staff in regard to management of daily maintenance, member correspondence and member research and to resolve outstanding issues for department work (tracking quality control issues) Processes and responds to subpoena, levy and garnishment requests from multiple agencies Provides employees support for POA, Trust and fiduciary accounts and questions Provides employee support for consumer, business, HSA, IRA, and Decedent accounts Responds to asset verifications received from Social Security and Medicaid. Conducts daily review and validation of dormant member transactions Performs maintenance and insider relationship tracking on employee accounts What you will need: 1-2 years of working in a financial institution, Working with new account origination and member service Understanding compliance in relation to deposit account servicing to include BSA and Truth in Savings Communication skills, Organizational and analytical skills, Ability to meet deadlines, Attention to detail, Ability to multitask Why Heartland?
