Atlas Credit is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Collector to join our team in Brownsville. The Collector is responsible for contacting customers regarding past-due accounts, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service while helping customers find payment solutions.

Responsibilities:

Contact customers by phone regarding delinquent accounts.

Collect and process account payments.

Maintain accurate customer records and account notes.

Review account information and update customer data as needed.

Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers.

Meet collection and performance goals.

Assist with general office duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic computer and data entry skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
