$16 per hour About the Position We are seeking a dependable and organized Service Writer / Billing Clerk to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our Sales, Parts, and Service departments by assisting customers, creating service work orders, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. Automotive industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong customer service and administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Create and manage service repair orders Prepare and process invoices and billing documents Coordinate with technicians, parts personnel, and management Order and track parts as needed Maintain accurate customer and service records Process payments and handle customer inquiries Ensure paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently Provide excellent customer service throughout the service process

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the automotive industry required Service writer, parts counter, billing, or administrative experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Basic computer and data entry skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable attendance and punctuality What We Offer Full-time, steady weekday schedule Competitive pay at $16.00 per hour Monday-Friday work week Friendly team-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth and advancement
