We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Charge Poster to accurately post charges and support daily billing operations in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Reconcile physician fee tickets with schedules and identify discrepancies. Accurately review and post charges, including appropriate modifiers. Identify and resolve issues with ICD-10 and CPT codes. Communicate effectively with clients and internal staff. Answer phones professionally and provide excellent customer service. Maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks and priorities. Apply basic knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid billing practices.

Qualification:

Strong typing, organizational, and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of medical billing, ICD-10, CPT, Medicare, and Medicaid preferred.
