Billing Specialist Salary:

Billing Specialist:
- Generate and process invoices for domestic and export customers
- Verify pricing, shipment information, and billing documentation for accuracy
- Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve customer invoice inquiries
- Maintain organized billing records and supporting documentation
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, sales, and accounting teams regarding shipments and invoices
- Assist with accounts receivable reporting, payment tracking, and reconciliations Qualifications for the
Billing Specialist:
- 2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or accounting support experience
- Experience processing high-volume invoices in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software
- Strong understanding of billing procedures, reconciliations, and financial recordkeeping
- Experience in agriculture, food processing, manufacturing, logistics, or export operations preferred
