The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patient, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to handle a multi-line phone system efficiently. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Duties Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate personnel. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records. Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Handle clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence. Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks. Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. Assist with bookkeeping tasks as needed, including invoicing and managing accounts . Support office management functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Experience Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace is essential. Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are required. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse clientele. Familiarity with Optometrist receptionist duties and pulling authorizations for vision and medical along with billing. Prior experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles would be beneficial.
