Dental Front Desk / Billing Coordinator Blooming Dentistry Blooming Dentistry is looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to join our growing, goal-oriented practice! This position is primarily focused on dental billing, with additional front office responsibilities. This role is patient-facing and requires being on the phone consistently throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

Dental billing, insurance claims submission, and follow-ups Verifying insurance and explaining patient benefits Posting and collecting payments, managing accounts Answering a high volume of phone calls, scheduling, and patient communication Assisting with treatment coordination as needed Supporting daily front office tasks and emails

Qualifications:

2+ years of dental billing/front office experience required Treatment coordination knowledge preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable being on the phone for most of the day Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment We offer a supportive, goal-oriented team environment, with pay based on experience and level of knowledge, along with opportunities for growth.
