A growing commercial services company in Oceanside is looking for a Billing Specialist to join its accounting team. This role sits right between Accounting, Operations, and Customer Service, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working with numbers but also likes communicating with people.

Your day will revolve around💵 Getting invoices right Review contracts, rates, services, and supporting information before invoices go out.🔎 Finding discrepancies Research incorrect charges, missing information, credits, and customer questions.📞 Working with customers Answer billing questions and help resolve account issues professionally.📊 Keeping AR clean Track outstanding invoices and work with the collections team when balances become overdue.
