Senior Legal Billing Specialist Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize client invoices, including write-downs, rate adjustments, trust applications, and split billing.
• Submit and manage e-bills while ensuring compliance with client guidelines and ABA billing codes.
• Review attorney time entries and expenses for accuracy; assist with collections and A/R follow-up.
• Manage e-billing platforms, client onboarding, matter setup, and rate approvals in Aderant
• Process LEDES files and maintain accurate billing documentation
• Partner with attorneys and clients to resolve billing issues and reduce invoice rejections.

Maintain billing records and prepare reports on accounts receivable, trust balances, accruals, and matter status.
