This remote position offers the opportunity to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, hypergrowth environment. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end collection activities, ensuring timely payment of outstanding invoices. Serve as the primary contact for customer billing inquiries, maintaining positive relationships. Accurately process and apply customer payments across various channels. Investigate and resolve billing disputes, coordinating with internal teams. Prepare AR aging reports and contribute to cash flow forecasting. Skills Minimum of 3 years experience in accounts receivable or collections within a tech company. Proficiency in ERP systems like Workday, NetSuite, or SAP. Strong communication skills for professional customer interactions. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis. Ability to manage high-volume workloads with precision and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. Experience with collection automation platforms such as Tesorio or HighRadius. Familiarity with credit risk assessment and management processes. Experience in a high-growth or hypergrowth company environment. Bilingual capabilities are a plus.
