Customer Success Representative (Bilingual) - OS Business Concepts California OS Business Concepts California is looking for a friendly and confident Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support our AT&T campaign in the Fremont area. In this Customer Success Representative role, you'll work directly with English- and Spanish-speaking customers, answer questions about AT&T wireless services, explain available options, and help make the enrollment experience simple from start to finish. This is a face-to-face customer-facing role that also involves supporting new customer sales and account enrollment. Responsibilities of a Customer Success Representative (Bilingual) Engage with customers face-to-face to introduce AT&T wireless services Communicate comfortably with customers in both English and Spanish Answer questions about AT&T wireless plans, mobile services, devices, and current promotions Learn about each customer's service needs before discussing available service options Explain pricing, plan features, promotions, and account details in a clear and approachable way Assist new customers through the sales, enrollment, and account setup process Provide additional support to Spanish-speaking customers who may prefer discussing their service options in Spanish Address basic questions or concerns and help customers understand the next steps in their service setup Maintain accurate customer, enrollment, and sales information Work alongside the Customer Success Representative team to support daily customer acquisition and sales goals Share customer feedback with leadership to help improve the overall experience Attend ongoing Customer Success Representative training dedicated to AT&T wireless services, bilingual customer communication, account enrollment, customer service, and sales development Qualifications of a Customer Success Representative (Bilingual) Fluent or professionally conversational in English and Spanish Friendly, confident, and comfortable working with customers face-to-face Strong communication and listening skills Dependable, coachable, and willing to learn Comfortable working toward customer service and sales goals Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful, but not required Apply today to join OS Business Concepts California as a Customer Success Representative (Bilingual) .
