Duties Perform storefront window cleaning using traditional squeegee methods, pressure washers, and specialty tools to achieve streak-free clarity. Utilize pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces, including building facades, sidewalks, and parking areas. Conduct interior window cleaning in residential and commercial settings, including skylights and high-rise windows using rope access techniques or scissor lifts. Safely operate ladders, scaffolding, scissor lifts, and rope access systems to reach challenging heights while adhering to all safety protocols. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, harnesses, helmets, and eye protection during all cleaning activities. Maintain and operate various cleaning equipment and tools efficiently to ensure optimal performance. Follow detailed safety procedures during outdoor work environments and high-rise building projects to prevent accidents or injuries. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work progress and addressing any special requests or concerns. Experience Previous experience in storefront window cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all new hires. Familiarity with pressure washers designed for window cleaning enhances efficiency but is not mandatory. Experience working at heights using ladders or scaffolding ensures safety during high-rise projects. Outdoor work experience helps in adapting to varying weather conditions while maintaining quality standards. Strong attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness in cleaning residential or commercial windows.
