Dental Biller Schedule:
Monday-Friday | No Weekends We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Dental Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of dental insurance billing, claims processing, accounts receivable, and insurance follow-up. Responsibilities Submit and manage dental insurance claims accurately and efficiently Verify claim status and follow up on outstanding claims Review EOBs and accurately post insurance payments and adjustments Work insurance aging and accounts receivable reports Follow up on unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims Research and resolve claim discrepancies and billing issues Submit corrected claims, appeals, and supporting documentation as needed Review patient accounts for accuracy Communicate with insurance companies regarding benefits, claims, and payment issues Maintain accurate billing records and documentation Identify trends in denials and recommend solutions to improve collections Work closely with the front office and clinical team to resolve billing issues Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect patient information Qualifications Previous dental billing experience required Strong understanding of dental insurance and claims processing Experience with PPO and HMO dental plans preferred Denti-Cal/Medi-Cal experience is a plus Knowledge of CDT codes, dental terminology, EOBs, and insurance benefits Experience with dental practice management software such as Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Open Dental, or Eaglesoft Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet billing/collection deadlines What We Offer Monday-Friday schedule No weekends Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Opportunity for growthPay:
