Dental Insurance Coordinator Elevated Pediatric Dentistry - Castle Rock, CO Full-Time | 40 Hours/Week | $22-$28/hour Elevated Pediatric Dentistry is looking for an experienced Dental Insurance Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dental practice! This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position with no weekends . Our patient schedule alternates between Monday-Thursday and Tuesday-Friday, with one non-patient administrative day each week. This quieter office day gives our Insurance Coordinator dedicated time to work independently on insurance, claims, accounts, and other administrative responsibilities without the pace of a busy patient day. What You'll Do Verify dental insurance and provide benefit breakdowns Submit and follow up on insurance claims Work aging/AR reports and outstanding claims Post insurance payments Create treatment plans and accurately estimate insurance benefits Review treatment plans, insurance benefits, and estimated patient portions with parents Answer phones and assist with scheduling Help parents with insurance and account questions Keep the front office and insurance systems organized and running efficiently Provide the friendly, exceptional customer service our families expect What We're Looking For Previous dental insurance experience is required.
