Hiring:
Revenue Cycle Specialist Are you passionate about healthcare billing and reimbursement? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills can make a real difference? If so, we want you to be part of our team as a Revenue Cycle Specialist ! In this key role, you'll play an integral part in ensuring our revenue cycle operations run smoothly, accurately, and in full compliance. From billing and claims processing to patient collections and AR management, you'll help optimize cash flow and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
What You'll Do:
Manage the
Full Revenue Cycle:
Submit, verify, and manage claims from submission to payment posting, including UB-04 and
CMS-1500
claims.
Ensure Billing Accuracy:
Double-check codes, modifiers, and regulations to ensure everything is spot on.
Monitor and Resolve Issues:
Tackle claims rejections, payment variances, and denials with persistence and precision.
Collaborate Across Departments:
Work closely with coding, clinical, and financial teams to eliminate errors and streamline processes.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Help identify trends causing denials and provide feedback to enhance revenue cycle performance.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle operations.
Knowledge:
Familiarity with
CMS 1500/UB04
billing forms, CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10 coding, EOBs, and payer-specific requirements (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, etc.).
Skills:
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive under deadlines.
Customer Service:
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle patient and payer inquiries effectively.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with electronic remittance advice (ERA), paper EOBs, and clearinghouse rejections. Why Join Delta Health?
