Qualifications Proven experience in medical office settings with a strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare documentation processes. Demonstrated knowledge of ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding, DRG classifications, and medical billing procedures. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, EMR systems, and billing software used for revenue cycle management.
