The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance terminology. This role is essential in ensuring accurate posting to clients' accounts. Duties Review and analyze invoice to ensure accuracy and completeness when posting. Accurately post payments and adjustments to clients account including insurance payments and private paying clients. Pay special attention to Insurance EOBs for posting accuracy. Call insurance company to clarify discrepancies. Work closely with team lead to address billing errors. Inform appropriate department regarding denials and or short payments. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements concerning patient privacy and data security. Requirements Experience in posting insurance checks. Strong understanding of insurance terminology. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills for reviewing documentation and identifying discrepancies. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
