. Key Responsibilities Perform functional testing of utility billing applications. Design, develop, and execute functional test cases based on business and system requirements. Perform end-to-end testing of billing processes and workflows . Validate billing functionality, calculations, transactions, and related business processes. Identify, document, track, and retest defects through resolution. Analyze functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Execute regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing as required. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, functional teams, and other stakeholders to resolve application issues. Ensure testing coverage across critical utility billing processes. Prepare and maintain test documentation, execution results, and defect reports. Required Skills Strong experience in Functional Testing . Automation testing is not required for this position.
