This position is located in Miramar, FL.Intern - FinanceSummaryWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to support our Finance Department. This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple finance functions including Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Billing. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and is eager to develop practical skills in a professional finance environment.

Accountabilities and ResponsibilitiesAssistin preparing cost-saving analyses and presenting findings to the finance teamSupport ad hoc financial reporting and data analysis requests from various departmentsEnter and process vendor invoices in the accounting system accurately andin a timely mannerAssistwith vendor statement reconciliations and follow up on any discrepanciesSupport the AP team with payment processing workflowsAssist the AR team with invoice generation, tracking, and collections follow-upSupport the billing team with monthly billing cycles and customer account maintenanceHelp reconcile billing discrepancies and communicate resolutionsParticipate in ongoing finance team initiatives and process improvement projectsOther duties as assignedEducation/Experience Currently pursuing aBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldPrior coursework or experience in accounting, financial analysis, or a related areaPractical knowledge ofgenerally acceptedaccounting principles Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsWhat UDT offers youJoin us and be part of an inclusive, energizing, and collaborative environment.
