This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who understands the revenue cycle and enjoys working directly with healthcare providers. You will play a key role in managing billing operations, improving reimbursements, and ensuring accurate claim processing while maintaining strong relationships with medical practices. As part of a fast-paced, healthcare-focused environment, you will support providers by handling their billing needs so they can focus on patient care. Bilingual communication (Spanish/English) is essential to effectively assist a diverse client base. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle medical billing, including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, and A/R follow-up Review and resolve denied or underpaid claims , including appeals and reprocessing Communicate with insurance companies to verify benefits, check claim status, and resolve issues Assist with insurance credentialing and payer enrollments as needed Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Work directly with healthcare providers and office staff to address billing concerns and improve workflows Identify trends in denials or delays and recommend solutions to optimize revenue cycle performance Provide clear updates and reporting to clients regarding account status and collections progress Skills & Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required) Experience in medical billing, revenue cycle management (RCM), or healthcare administration Strong knowledge of insurance claims, CPT/ICD-10 coding basics, and payer guidelines Ability to handle denials, appeals, and insurance follow-ups efficiently Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain billing matters clearly to clients Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in billing software and EHR systems (e.g., eClinicalWorks, Office Practicum, or similar) Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to accuracy and service Why Join AlphaMed Solutions?
