This role is critical to ensuring accurate, timely invoices and maintaining strong communication between accounting and operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paces environment, takes pride in accuracy and assists with process improvement. What You'll Be Doing Review billing data for completeness and accuracy Prepare and process weekly customer invoices on schedule Collaborate with operations to resolve billing discrepancies Maintain organized billing records and supporting documents Support month-end closing to ensure all billing is complete What We're Looking For 1+ year of billing, accounts receivable or accounting support experience Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong communication skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Be a team player and willing to assist in any capacity Experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but willing to train
