Responsibilities:
- Collaborate professionally with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to resolve billing issues
- Must be knowledgeable with Medicare benefits
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
Skills:
Previous Medical Billing Insurance Experience Required- Proficient in medical billing, Accounts Receivables
- Excellent customer service skill, organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and documentation requirements
- Familiarity with insurance billing guidelines and reimbursement processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
