Review billing documentation and job-related paperwork for accuracy.
Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies.
Enter and maintain data within accounting systems.
Communicate with internal departments and customers regarding billing questions and purchase orders.
Update customer records and maintain organized financial documentation.
Assist with customer inquiries and past-due account follow-up.
Support continuous improvement efforts within the invoicing and accounting functions.
