Hours are:
- Monday 7:45am
- 5:00pm
- Tuesday 7:45am
- 5:00pm
- Wednesday 7:45am
- 5:00pm
- Thursday 6:45 am
- 3:00pm The ideal candidate is confident communicating with patients and insurance companies, is highly organized, comfortable discussing financial arrangements and able to manage multiple priorities in a mid-size dental office.

- Greet and check in patients in a friendly, professional manner
- Answer incoming calls and respond to patient messages.
- Verify and update patient records and insurance information.
- Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims, pre-authorizations, EOBs, and denials.
- Work with insurance companies to resolve outstanding and past due claims.
- Prepare supporting documentation for claims, including radiographs and narratives.
- Educate patients on insurance benefits, treatment costs, and financial responsibilities.
- Assist patients with financing options and financial arrangements, including CareCredit.
- Support collections, daily deposits, and communication with third-party collection companies/
- Support treatment scheduling, patient follow up, and other front office duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of dental RCM experience (required)
- Proficiency with dental practice management systems such as Eaglesoft preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
