Do you catch the details others miss and take pride in accuracy and efficiency? Our growing Florida periodontal support team is looking for an experienced Insurance Billing Specialist to join us in a collaborative, supportive environment where questions are encouraged, teamwork matters, and process improvement is welcomed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, efficient, reliable, and able to work independently while supporting multiple offices.
Schedule Monday-Thursday:
8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Friday:
Flex Day Responsibilities Manage insurance billing for multiple offices Complete insurance eligibility verification Perform the majority of insurance breakdowns Communicate effectively with office team members and providers Assist in resolving insurance and billing discrepancies efficiently Qualifications Previous dental experience required Insurance billing experience required Thorough understanding of dental insurance plans and claims processing Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Benefits (waiting periods apply) Health Insurance (company covers 90% of employee premium costs) Vision Insurance Dental Insurance / In-house Dental Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Join a team that values accountability, collaboration, and doing things the right way.
