This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate billing, timely claim submission, insurance follow-up, and exceptional support for both patients and providers. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced dental environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records while delivering excellent customer service. Responsibilities Process dental insurance claims and follow up on outstanding claims Verify insurance benefits and eligibility Post insurance and patient payments accurately Review and resolve claim denials and billing discrepancies Communicate with insurance companies regarding claim status and appeals Generate and review patient statements Assist patients with billing questions and payment arrangements Maintain accurate patient account records Collaborate with office leadership and clinical teams to ensure billing accuracy Support accounts receivable management and collection efforts Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies Qualifications Previous dental billing experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance plans, claims, and reimbursement processes Experience with dental practice management software preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications Experience with accounts receivable and insurance follow-up is a plus What We Offer Competitive hourly compensation Full-time stable schedule Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Comprehensive benefits package available for eligible employees Apply Today If you are a motivated billing professional looking to join a collaborative dental team, we'd love to hear from you.
