Job Description
Are you looking for a team-oriented Billing position with the opportunity for stability and long-term growth? We are a rapidly growing provider of specialty equipment to consumers throughout New England. Currently, we are seeking reliable, team-oriented people for our Billing department. When you join our team, you will work in our newly renovated headquarters in Leominster, MA, and be provided with extensive training, exceptional benefits, and a leadership team that is supportive and dedicated to continuous improvement for customers and employees We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Billing Representative with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Proficient in handling billing inquiries, verifying insurance eligibility, and providing support in a fast-paced team environment. Adept at managing high volumes of calls while ensuring patient satisfaction and accuracy in billing processes.
How you will contribute:
Deliver exceptional customer service to patients via phone and email, addressing billing and insurance-related inquiries effectively. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professional etiquette and ensuring timely responses. Conduct patient eligibility confirmations with insurance companies, both electronically and via phone, ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines. Process pre-authorizations in accordance with insurance requirements, facilitating efficient billing operations. Collaborate with team members to enhance knowledge of respiratory products and services, contributing to improved patient care. Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives and ensure a smooth billing process.What we need from you:
