Billing Specialist Henry's Wrecker Service | Gaithersburg, MD | Full-Time | $25-$27/hour (If selected for the position, the first 2 weeks will be spent at the Corporate Office in Leesburg, VA for training.) About the Role Henry's Wrecker Service is hiring a Billing Specialist to join our billing team. This role starts with up to two weeks of hands-on training in our Leesburg, VA office, then transitions to our Gaithersburg, MD office. Because most of the billing team works out of a different location, this position is built for someone who thrives with a bit of independence — staying responsive, organized, and accurate while collaborating primarily through Microsoft Teams and email rather than face-to-face. If you're a self-starter who takes initiative, communicates proactively, and is comfortable learning from reference materials and training resources rather than needing someone at the next desk, this is a great fit. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (30-minute lunch) $25-$27 per hour, based on experience Up to two weeks of initial training in our Leesburg, VA office, then based out of Gaithersburg, MD What You'll Do Process billing and invoicing tasks accurately and on schedule Communicate proactively and stay highly responsive with the billing team via Microsoft Teams chat and email Use reference materials, training documents, and instructional videos to learn processes and troubleshoot independently Maintain strong accuracy and productivity while working with limited in-person support Complete required training in Leesburg before transitioning to day-to-day work from the Gaithersburg office What We're Looking For Strong self-management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Highly responsive communicator, comfortable collaborating remotely through chat and email Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy in billing, invoicing, or data entry work Resourceful — able to learn and apply new processes using written and video training materials Prior billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable experience preferred Able to complete training in Leesburg, VA before working from the Gaithersburg, MD office H enry's Wrecker Service is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
