What You'll Be Doing:

Love details, numbers, and making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly? You might be our next Booker. In this role, you'll handle warranty claims, track factory reimbursements, and keep all our service paperwork in line — all while jumping in to support the team when things get busy. This role is key to our dealership's rhythm. You'll work closely with the office manager, service director, HR, techs, and advisors to make sure things flow from repair order to reimbursement — and everything in between.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
