As a Travel Billing Specialist, you'll handle travel billing and payment reconciliation for the Rock Family of Companies business travel program. About the role Manage the virtual payment program and complete credit card authorization forms to ensure billing is handled for hotel stays on behalf of our traveling team members Collect folios/receipts for all credit card transactions Complete expense reports in a timely manner for travel charges while ensuring proper reconciliation Code and approve business travel invoices while verifying for accuracy, disputing overcharges and providing trip descriptions Act as the point of contact for travelers who have billing questions or concerns while on the road, or after they have returned home Maintain vendor relationships with hotel, airline, ground transportation and car rental companies' accounting and billing contacts Responsible for all payment components related to the business travel program About you Preferred Qualifications 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite What you'll get Our team members fuel our strategy, innovation and growth, so we ensure the health and well-being of not just you, but your family, too!
