Job Overview We are seeking a Dental Insurance Specialist with 5 years or more experience to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will manage dental insurance claims, verify patient coverage, and ensure accurate billing processes. Your expertise will help streamline our insurance operations, improve patient satisfaction, and support our commitment to exceptional care. Responsibilities Review and process dental insurance claims using billing software Verify patient insurance coverage, benefits, and eligibility using healthcare claims management tools, answer phones, scheduling, collecting co-pays Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve claim denials or discrepancies Assist patients with understanding their dental insurance benefits Maintain detailed records of dental billing, pre-authorizations, coding adjustments, and collections Collaborate with the dental team to ensure accurate documentation of procedures and treatments Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Insurance Specialist Strong knowledge of dental insurance policies Proficiency with billing software Familiarity with dental coding Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly Ability to handle dental collections efficiently and accurately Prior experience with dental office procedures Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values your expertise!
