Job Description

Financial Analyst We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a growing organization supporting both major OEM customers and large government contracts . This role will have a strong focus on Accounts Receivable , contract analysis, and improving financial processes through technology and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and analyze Accounts Receivable activity for OEM customers Research customer contracts to understand billing requirements, terms, pricing, and payment obligations Support large government contracts , including researching contract requirements and resolving billing or payment discrepancies Analyze outstanding receivables and partner with internal teams and customers to resolve issues Identify opportunities to improve AR, billing, and financial processes Utilize AI, automation, and technology tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and analysis Develop reporting and analysis around receivables, collections, and customer trends Partner cross-functionally with accounting, finance, sales, and operations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field OEM experience required Strong Accounts Receivable and financial analysis experience Experience reviewing and interpreting customer contracts Government contract experience is a plus Strong Excel and analytical skills Tech-forward mindset with an interest in AI, automation, and process improvement
