In this position, you'll combine your organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to public service to manage utility billing, assist customers, and help ensure our processes run efficiently. Under the general supervision and direction of the Assistant Finance Director, the Utility Billing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the utility billing function, directing the utility billing processes and responding to inquiries that are related to utility billing.
