Collections Representative

One of our clients is looking for a Collections Representative in Eagan, MN.

Duration:

7 months Shift

• 8:30 am
• 5:00 pm 1st Shift M-F Number of openings: 9 Pay rate
• $27•30 /hr.

Job Description

• Partnering with Collectors and collection supervisors to drive Cash Collections for Open AR.
• Sending statements / invoices to customers.
• Supporting process to resolve disputes (working trade surcharge disputes, pulling. PODs, working with commercial teams to resolve pricing issues, working with credit teams to resolve cash application issues, tracking disputes). Required Qualifications
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) along with 3+ years' experience in finance related role.
• MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
• Strong Communication skills (written and verbal) and high degree of professionalism.
• Finance background (accounting, finance, financial operations).
• High Degree of attention to detail and curiosity.

Preferred Skills:

• Financial Analyst Experience
