This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy and organization, with a strong focus on insurance verification and a genuine interest in dental billing. Requirements:
What You'll Do Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility for scheduled patients Submit and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement Research and resolve claim denials, rejections, and outstanding balances Communicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage details and resolve discrepancies Support the billing process, including posting payments and reconciling accounts Maintain accurate patient insurance records in the practice management system Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient financial experiences What We're Looking For Experience with dental insurance verification (required) Comfort with or interest in billing and claims follow-up Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Clear communicator, both with patients and insurance representatives Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Dental office experience preferred; certification not required Reliable and punctual this is an in-office role, Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-5:00 PM Apply Today!
