What You'll Do:

Gathers contract information, enters detention parameters in the computer profiles and maintain/update specific accounts as customers' requirements change. Creates invoices for Detention in accordance with company procedures and policies through the Detention billing screens Works closely with Customer Service and Fleet Operations to understand the customer's changing needs and makes temporary changes to accounts as needs arise in regard to the service levels with each customer. Provides requested reports and information on key metrics for the department. Communicate weekly and monthly billing results and statistics. Answer all customers' questions regarding detention invoices. Provide reports on specific accounts to customers and internal management for clarity when needed. Ensure that all carrier and customer rates are loaded in the system per contractual agreements. Review all load invoices for discrepancies and determine if billing is accurate and if adjustments such as credits or rebills need to be made based on these set rates. If adjustments are needed, send to management to process. Add or remove customers' rates. Communicate with other departments within TTMS to ensure that all needed information is available for all billing. Assist both internal and external customers with questions regarding detention invoice preparation and requirements. May prepare manual invoices outside the normal AS400 invoice creation process for detention Other duties as assigned by management

What We're Looking For:

Education High school diploma or GED equivalent. Experience 1-3 years of applicable experience in billing and/or collections preferred (emphasis on billing). Customer service experience beneficial. Skills/Certifications Proficient use of computers and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Strong verbal and written communication skills.
