Complete Diagnostics Laboratories Complete Diagnostics Laboratories is seeking a Billing Specialist to join our team! We are looking for a detail-oriented, dependable professional who thrives in a fast-paced medical environment and enjoys being part of a friendly, collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of medical billing experience , experience working in a medical setting, and strong computer skills. This position requires someone who can work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines. Responsibilities Process and submit medical claims accurately and in a timely manner Review billing information for accuracy and completeness Follow up on outstanding claims and billing issues Research and resolve billing discrepancies Maintain accurate patient and billing records Communicate professionally with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal staff Assist with accounts receivable and other billing-related tasks Maintain confidentiality and follow applicable healthcare and billing regulations Work independently while also contributing effectively to a team environment Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of billing experience required Previous experience working in a medical or healthcare setting required Knowledge of medical billing practices and terminology Proficiency with Microsoft Office products , including Excel and Outlook Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work effectively as part of a team Dependable, professional, and positive attitude What We Offer At Complete Diagnostics Laboratories, we value our employees and strive to create a friendly, supportive, and professional work environment .
