Billing Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to support our telecommunications billing and revenue operations. This role is responsible for analyzing customer billing, ensuring accurate production capture, auditing billing activity, and identifying discrepancies that may impact revenue or customer accounts. Key Responsibilities Analyze and audit telecommunications billing for accuracy, completeness, and contractual compliance. Review production and usage data to ensure all billable services, charges, and revenue are properly captured. Perform billing reconciliations and investigate variances, discrepancies, underbilling, overbilling, and missing charges. Audit production records against billing system data, service orders, contracts, and supporting documentation. Identify billing and production issues and work with Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and other teams to resolve them. Prepare billing, production, audit, and reconciliation reports. Prepare and process work authorization forms based on approved work, service orders, production activity, and supporting documentation. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in billing analysis, financial analysis, accounting, revenue operations, and telecommunications . Experience with telecommunications billing, production, usage, or revenue processes preferred. Strong Excel and data-analysis skills. Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work with large data sets and meet recurring billing deadlines.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
