Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical billing, coding, and collections.
Responsibilities:
  • Obtain Retro Authorizations
  • Review A/R and follow up on unpaid claims and denials
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of payor specific guidelines
  • Posting payments-Cross-train for all aspects of revenue cycle management
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Minimum of 2 years revenue cycle management
  • Knowledge of insurance requirements and guidelines
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, ICD-10 and CPT coding guidelines
  • Knowledge of compliance with regulatory guidelines such at HIPAA
