Job Description

KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting has partnered with a company in the Concord, NH area, searching for a Billing Specialist to join their team. This is a long-term contract, hybrid-eligible, role offering exposure to billing analysis, quality assurance auditing, customer account research, and operational process improvement within a fast-paced customer operations environment. Responsibilities:

Reviewing and analyzing daily billing and quality assurance reports Researching customer billing discrepancies and performing corrective actions within internal systems Entering and tracking work orders related to customer account issues Preparing tracking reports and operational metrics for management Performing targeted customer outreach to resolve account discrepancies

Requirements:

Intermediate Excel skills (filtering, sorting, formulas, basic lookups) Strong analytical, auditing, and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume data entry Comfortable communicating with customers regarding billing and account issues

Compensation:
