Responsibilities:

- To call, email, and text customers who have past due balances. - Fight Chargebacks with credit card Processors through the portal.

Perfered Qualification:

Billing Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow directions; Ability to present oneself well over the phone; Excellent customer service skills; Strong communication skills; Highly coachable; Ability to effectively multi-task; Experience in a call center a plus (training will be provided); Basic computer and typing skills; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
