This Role Includes:
Overseeing billing staff performance, coaching, and one-on-one development Reviewing aging A/R reports and payor collection trends Managing payor fee schedules, CPT/ICD-10-CM coding compliance, and contract updates Partnering with physicians on complex claims and reimbursement questions Assisting with hiring, training, and scheduling coverage for the billing team Supporting HIPAA and OSHA compliance efforts across the department
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of billing management experience in a physician group practice Background in orthopedic, pain management, or podiatry billing preferred Familiarity with commercial payors Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus This is a fantastic opportunity to bring your billing expertise and leadership skills to a well-respected healthcare practice that truly values its staff and patients alike.
