Job Description

Whitestone Associates, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned Geotechnical and Environmental consulting firm with offices throughout the eastern United States. This is a fully in-office, on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
Generating high-volume monthly client invoices for professional services rendered, including billable time and project expenses; Performing Work-In-Progress (WIP) billing activities by reviewing unbilled time, expenses, and project costs and ensuring eligible WIP is accurately captured on monthly client invoices; Coordinating with project managers and other internal stakeholders regarding billing requirements, invoice changes, adjustments, and client-specific billing needs; Handling customer billing inquires and assist with the resolution of invoicing discrepancies and disputes; Assisting with accounts receivable follow-up activities as needed; and Preparing weekly and monthly invoices, project spreadsheets, and cover sheets.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a high-volume time and expense billing environment, preferably within a professional services organization; Experience within the AEC industry, or related professional services industry highly preferred; Some college experience preferred, but not required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Proficiency with MS office, including Outlook and Excel; Ability to learn new skills and software quickly; and Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint a plus. Higher compensation than the amount listed below may be offered commensurate with experience and qualifications. Hourly Pay Range $26 - $34
